Our client, one of Ireland’s leading civil engineering and construction companies, is currently recruiting multiple Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) professionals across varying levels of seniority.

These roles will support a number of major civil projects in the Dublin West and Dublin South regions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor working on high-profile infrastructure developments.

Responsibilities:


• Support and oversee HSEQ compliance across active civil and construction sites.
• Ensure adherence to Irish health & safety legislation and environmental regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project teams.
• Monitor environmental compliance and sustainability practices.
• Prepare and maintain HSEQ documentation and reports.
• Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:


• Previous Irish experience in construction or civil engineering projects (essential).
• Relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related discipline.
• Experience appropriate to the level applied for (Junior Advisor, Environmental Manager, or HSEQ Manager).
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full Irish driving licence (essential).
