My client, a global leader in integrated facilities and workplace services, is seeking an experienced Coordinator (Facilities & Operations) to join their team based in Dublin City Centre.

Position Overview:


As the Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of a busy corporate environment. You will manage contractors, support facilities projects, and maintain high operational standards across the site. This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

This is a part-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a salary of €19,000 per year and an immediate start.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly

Requirements:


• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a corporate or similar environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Energetic, motivated, and able to use initiative
• Positive attitude, team player, and keen problem solver

Responsibilities:


• Maintain a safe working environment through inspections and walkthroughs
• Coordinate planned preventive maintenance and reactive tasks across Dublin and regional offices
• Supervise contractors, issue permits, and inspect completed works
• Manage meeting room setups, office moves, and re-layouts
• Monitor building fabric and finishes, ensuring a high standard is maintained
• Liaise with cleaning and facilities managers, supporting stock control and ordering
• Provide regular updates to the Client Liaison and Facilities Manager
• Ensure compliance services are carried out and recorded
• Assist with sustainability initiatives and additional cleaning arrangements after events
