My client, a rapidly growing renewable energy specialist, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team based in Dublin 24.

Position Overview:

As Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of renewable energy projects from planning through to completion. Working closely with Project Managers, engineers and subcontractors, you will ensure timelines, documentation and compliance requirements are managed efficiently and accurately.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Tallaght, operating Monday to Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM, offering a salary of up to €65,000 DOE. Procore experience is essential, as you will be responsible for tracking project progress, maintaining documentation and supporting reporting, while ensuring Health & Safety and ISO standards are upheld where applicable.

This role suits someone with a strong technical background who thrives in a structured, fast-paced project environment.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Min 3+ years Irish experience in a Project Coordinator or similar technical coordination role
• Procore experience – mandatory
• Strong technical background (plumbing, electrical, building regulations, facilities management or similar)
• Experience within construction, engineering, facilities management or renewable sectors
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Health & Safety background – advantageous
• ISO certification or experience working within ISO-compliant systems – advantageous
• Full right to work in Ireland Responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day project administration using Procore
• Track project progress, documentation and compliance requirements
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors and internal teams
• Support Project Managers with scheduling, reporting and programme updates
• Maintain accurate technical and compliance documentation
• Monitor Health & Safety documentation and ensure standards are upheld
• Assist with ISO processes and audit preparation
• Support project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
