My client, a well-established and highly regarded 4-star hospitality venue, currently seeking an experienced Temporary Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their team based in Co. Kerry to support the day-to-day operation of their busy Food & Beverage department.

Position Overview:

As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant, bar and event spaces, ensuring guests receive outstanding service while maintaining the highest operational standards.

This is a temporary, full-time position offering €17.00 per hour, working a flexible roster across 7 days, including evenings and weekends in line with business requirements.

This is a temporary role with Total Solutions, working on assignment with our client.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor or Bar Supervisor role within a busy hotel or hospitality environment.
• Previous experience supervising teams in a fast-paced Food & Beverage operation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
• Good understanding of HACCP and health & safety procedures.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Full right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, bar and event service.
• Lead, motivate and support the Food & Beverage team throughout each shift.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest queries professionally.
• Ensure service standards are consistently maintained across all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Assist with staff training and delegation of duties.
• Ensure HACCP, food safety and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Support the management team with opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment for guests.
