Total Solutions is currently expanding our events team, supporting some of Ireland’s leading hospitality venues, event spaces and corporate clients.

We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking Event Staff who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests at a wide range of events across Dublin.

Position Overview:

As Event Staff, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of a wide range of events across Dublin. You will work as part of a busy team, assisting with food and beverage service, guest support, event setup and general hospitality duties while ensuring guests receive a professional and enjoyable experience.

This is a temporary flexible position offering €14.15 per hour, with weekly pay and a variety of shifts available including weekdays, evenings and weekends. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work, additional hours around other commitments, or experience within the hospitality and events industry.

The successful candidate will be reliable, enthusiastic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Min 1+ years experience in hospitality, events, catering, bar or customer service experience essential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and positive attitude
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Full right to work in Ireland required

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and attendees
• Assist with food and beverage service during events
• Carry out waiting, catering and hospitality duties as required
• Support event setup and breakdown
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service
• Follow instructions from supervisors and event management teams
• Ensure all guests receive a professional and friendly experience
• Work effectively as part of a busy events team
• Follow health & safety and hygiene procedures
