We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for our client, a leading contractor with a proven track record in construction, fit-out, and civil engineering projects across the Republic and Northern Ireland. Position Overview:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs, budgets, and contracts for projects, both on-site and in the office. With a focus on commercial fit-outs and large-scale civil works, you will play a key role in ensuring project success while maintaining high standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Project Management experience, with the ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and teams.
• Strong organisational skills—you thrive on structure and detail.
• Self-starter attitude—you get things done efficiently.
• Full, clean driving licence and own transport (as the role splits between office and site).

Responsibilities:

• Manage costs, budgets, and contracts for both office and on-site projects.
• Juggle multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
• Oversee the financial side of large-scale civil works and commercial fit-outs.
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and teams to ensure the success of each project.
