They are currently seeking a General Manager with a background in either Chef Management or Deli Management to lead their team and drive operational excellence.

Position Overview:

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of both the kitchen and retail operations, managing a mid-sized team, ensuring quality service, and maintaining smooth, efficient processes. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen and retail activities, including menu planning, service delivery, stock control, and hygiene standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of chefs, kitchen staff, and retail assistants.

• Manage ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships.

Requirements:
