Our client is a well-established and fast-growing business services provider in the automotive sector. With a strong network and exciting transformation underway, they are looking to expand their team by hiring a Sales Manager to support and grow their dealer network across Ireland.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and managing dealer partnerships, ensuring they receive the highest levels of service, training, and support. You will be responsible for onboarding new dealers, driving engagement, and promoting best practices to enhance the customer journey and overall partner performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and onboard new dealer partners across the region.
• Deliver training, account management, and operational support to existing partners.
• Drive improvements in the dealer customer experience and business performance.
• Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews with partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless service offering.
• Monitor compliance with agreed standards and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Strong B2B customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Full clean driving licence required.
• Experience in the motor trade is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confident, adaptable, and results-driven with a can-do attitude.
