Total Solutions is hiring Banquet Waiters to support our hospitality clients based in County Dublin.

Position Overview:

As a Banquet Waiter, you will support the smooth running of high-volume events, including weddings, conferences, and banquets. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic, customer-focused, and comfortable working as part of a fast-paced team. Shifts will vary between daytime, evenings, and weekends, offering flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.

You’ll deliver attentive service, assist during busy periods, and help ensure every guest has a positive experience. This is a great opportunity to gain hospitality experience while working in busy events settings in Dublin.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months Irish experience as a Waiter, Food & Beverage Assistant or Bartender is essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shift times, including evenings and weekends.
• A friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and professional food and beverage service during functions and events.
• Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained to a high standard.
• Assist in the smooth running of high-volume service, maintaining attention to detail.
• Handle guest queries or requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with the wider service and events team to ensure excellent customer experience.
