My client, a leader in the hospitality and tourism sector, is seeking a Casual Bartenders to join the team for casual work at popular tourist destinations in Killarney District, Co. Kerry.

Position Overview:

As a Casual Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and creating a welcoming experience for all guests.

You’ll also help maintain a clean and organised bar area and ensure compliance with all licensing and safety regulations. This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in vibrant settings while working flexible hours that suit your schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving drinks to customers promptly and professionally
• Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Ensuring stock levels are maintained and restocked as needed
• Following all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service
• Handling payments and operating a till system efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience essential (in pubs, hotels, or restaurants)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
• Full right to work in Ireland
• Manual Handling certificate is desirable
• Must be available to start immediately
