Erika Volodko

Erika joined Total Solutions in 2023, bringing with her a background in IT and a diverse skill set that spans frontend development, web design, and computing education. Starting as a Recruitment Resourcer in our permanent department, she quickly demonstrated her ability for both sourcing top talent and implementing effective marketing strategies.

In 2024, Erika transitioned into a full-time role as our Marketing and Social Media Manager. With her technical proficiency and creative skills, she now looks after all of our marketing efforts. From social media presence to marketing campaigns, website updates and graphic design, Erika is in charge of our brand identity and all digital channels.
