My client, a leading provider of facilities management and support services, is now seeking a reliable and hardworking Casual Cleaner to join their team on an agency basis.

Position Overview:

As a Casual Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of cleaning duties throughout the facility, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible work with the potential for ongoing shifts.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, have a strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness.

This is casual agency work, meaning shifts are offered based on client requirements and hours are not guaranteed. However, reliable and consistent candidates are often offered regular work and long-term opportunities.

Requirements:

• Min 6+ months cleaning experience is essential
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Manual Handling certificate is desirable
• Full-time rights to work in Ireland is essential
• Must be able to travel to the Lismore area
• Must be Garda Vetted

Responsibilities:

• Carry out general cleaning duties across communal areas, offices, bathrooms and other areas of the facility
• Hoover, mop, dust and sanitise surfaces
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
• Clean bathrooms and replenish consumables as required
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
• Follow health & safety procedures and infection control guidelines at all times
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment
