Experienced Bar staff needed for Events!

We currently have a requirement for a large number of Experienced Bar staff to cover events on our client's premises located in Letterkenny, Co Donegal.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders and provide recommendations when requested.
• Mix and garnish drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure the bar area is well-stocked with supplies and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.

Qualifications:

• Previous bar experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, preparation methods, and garnishes.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.

Location : Letterkenny, Donegal

Working Hours : 4:00 PM-1:00 AM

Salary : €16 per hour
