My client, a leading specialist in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions, is seeking a HVAC Engineer (Install & Commis) of all levels for their Dublin based team

Position Overview:

As the HVAC Engineer (Install & Commis), you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a variety of commercial and residential sites. You’ll work with a range of systems including VRV/VRF units, split systems, and ducted solutions, ensuring all installations are completed to a high standard and in line with industry regulations.

This role is ideal for a technically skilled and hands-on professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and efficient delivery. You’ll be a key part of the project team, working closely with senior engineers and site managers to bring HVAC systems to life from start to finish.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of €45,000 to €60,000 per year, depending on experience. The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with plenty of overtime available, providing excellent earning potential and opportunities for career growth in a well-established and supportive team.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical systems
• Previous experience in a construction or technical role is a plus
• Enrolled or willing to enrol in a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning apprenticeship
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification (or willing to obtain)
• Willingness to learn and follow instruction
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Full driver’s licence preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of HVAC systems including split units, ducting, and VRF/VRV systems
• Support senior engineers on site and follow installation plans
• Ensure all tools, parts, and equipment are maintained and used safely
• Complete documentation as required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Represent the company professionally while on client sites
