My client, a leader in the hospitality and tourism sector, is seeking Casual Waiter Staff to join the team for casual work at popular tourist destinations in the Killarney District, Co. Kerry.

Position Overview:

As Casual Waiter Staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests enjoy a warm and welcoming dining experience. You will also maintain cleanliness in the dining area and support smooth front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly
• Providing excellent customer service with a positive and approachable attitude
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the dining and service areas
• Assisting with setting up and clearing tables
• Handling payments and operating a till system efficiently
• Following all health and safety and food hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Previous waiting experience essential (in restaurants, hotels, or similar venues)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude
• Full right to work in Ireland
• Manual Handling certificate is desirable
• Must be available to start immediately
