My client, a leading specialist in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions, is seeking an experienced *HVAC Service Engineer* to join their Dublin team Position Overview: As the HVAC Service Engineer, you will play a key role in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a wide range of commercial and residential sites. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely. This is a hands-on role suited to a technically skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary of *€45,000 to €60,000* per year, depending on experience. The position operates on a *Monday to Friday schedule*, with plenty of overtime available, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking strong earning potential in a growing and supportive team environment.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. Requirements: - *3+ years of experience in a HVAC or similar* mechanical engineering role - *Full Trade Qualification* in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent - Valid F-Gas Certification (Category 1 preferred) - Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification - Full clean Irish driving licence - Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and organisational abilities Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and service HVAC systems including VRV/VRF and split units - Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and accurately - Conduct routine maintenance checks and respond to emergency callouts when required - Complete job reports and service documentation clearly and accurately - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards - Liaise with clients and site personnel in a professional manner Benefits: - Salary : €45,000 – €60,000 per year (DOE) - Company van and fuel card - Competitive benefits package - Monday to Friday schedule (occasional weekend callouts required) - Opportunities for career development and further training
