PIPELAYER / GROUNDWORKER – BLUEBELL, DUBLIN 12

Location : Bluebell, Dublin 12

Position : Pipelayer / Groundworker

Rate : €28 per hour RCT

Start Date : Immediate

We are currently looking for an experienced Pipelayer / Groundworker to join a busy construction site in Bluebell, Dublin 12.

The successful candidate will be working as part of the groundworks team, mainly carrying out pipe laying and associated groundworks duties.

Responsibilities:

• Laying and installing underground pipes
• Working with different types of drainage and service pipes
• Assisting with excavation and trench preparation
• Checking levels and ensuring pipes are correctly positioned
• Backfilling and compacting where required
• General groundworks and site preparation
• Working alongside other groundworkers and site operatives
• Following instructions from the Site Supervisor / Foreman
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pipelayer / Groundworker
• Good understanding of pipe laying and groundworks
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Safe Pass
• Manual Handling Certificate
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures on construction sites
