Job Title : Crane Coordinator

Location : Ringsend, Dublin 4

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Crane Coordinator to join our team on a busy construction project in Ringsend, Dublin 4. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all crane operations on site to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all crane lifting operations on site
• Develop and manage lift plans in line with project requirements
• Ensure all lifting activities comply with health & safety regulations
• Liaise with site managers, crane operators, and subcontractors
• Monitor crane usage and scheduling to maximise efficiency
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure proper documentation is maintained
• Ensure all lifting equipment is certified and inspected

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Crane Coordinator / Appointed Person
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPCS, CSCS, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations and safety standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment

Desirable:
• Experience on large-scale construction projects
• First Aid / Safety certifications
• Strong problem-solving ability
