Experienced Carpenter Required – 2nd Fix & Balcony Sheet Installation

Dalkey, Co. Dublin

We are looking for an experienced carpenter for ongoing residential work in Dalkey. The role will mainly involve 2nd fix carpentry and balcony sheet installation, with a high standard of finish expected throughout.

Duties:

• 2nd fix carpentry works
• Installation and fitting of balcony sheets/panels
• Finishing works including skirting, architraves, doors, and trims
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials accurately
• Working alongside site management and other trades
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry and finishing work
• Ability to read drawings and work from plans
• Own tools
• Safe Pass required
• Manual handling certification
• Punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently
