Our client is a leading construction company with a strong presence Nationwide. They specialize in a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. They are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Site Engineer with experience in setting out to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Position Overview:
As a Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

- Conducting site set-out and measurements to ensure accurate implementation of project designs.
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Overseeing construction activities to ensure they comply with specifications and quality standards.
- Monitoring progress and providing regular reports to project stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and addressing any technical issues that may arise during construction.
- Contributing to the implementation of health and safety protocols on the construction site.
- Using advanced surveying equipment, including Topcon and Total Station, to ensure precise measurements and layout.
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- Minimum of a BSc in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry is essential.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as Topcon and Total Station.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-site in South Dublin, with occasional travel to other locations if required.

Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from €55,000 to €60,000 per year, depending on the candidate's previous experience and suitability for the role.
