As the Hospitality Recruitment Consultant (Temp Desk), you will play a pivotal role in expanding our hospitality division, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring we continue to deliver top-quality service to our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a hot temp desk with established client relationships, while also stepping into a mentorship role—training and developing a Resourcer into a future Recruitment Consultant.

This office-based role offers a dynamic mix of client management, candidate sourcing, and on-the-road business development. You'll be working Monday to Friday with flexible start times, and will benefit from a competitive salary of €30,000 to €40,000 per year, plus a strong commission structure and career progression opportunities. Requirements: - 3+ years Recruitment Consultant required - Core hours (8.00-17.30) - Flexibility needed ad-hoc - Strong relationship-building and client management skills - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities - Target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team - Eager to mentor and lead by example Responsibilities: - Manage and grow a live temp desk in the hospitality sector - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates - Source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary hospitality roles - Mentor and train the Resourcer, supporting their career progression - Conduct regular on-site client visits and develop new business opportunities - Negotiate contracts, salaries, and placement terms - Deliver a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates - Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and placement targets Benefits: - Competitive base salary €30,000 to €40,000 + uncapped commission - Real career progression with leadership opportunities - Comprehensive training and ongoing development - Work alongside a dedicated Resourcer and develop your own team - A chance to make a real impact in a high-growth sector - Supportive and energised team environment
