This is an exciting opportunity to lead a busy kitchen and retail team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring top-quality service. Position Overview: As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing and inspiring a skilled kitchen team and overseeing the retail function. You’ll be in charge of menu planning, stock control, and ensuring a fast-paced, high-energy environment runs smoothly. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Chef Manager or Deli Manager in a fast-paced environment. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. - Passion for delivering high-quality food and service.
