Glenn comes from a Construction background where he has worked in industrial painting, fireproofing, datacenters, industrial and domestic sites for several years which include companies such as Intel, Facebook, Microsoft and others.
He has then transitioned to recruiting for Mechanical and Electrical candidates which involved both Permanent and Temporary recruitment. At TOTAL, Glenn is involved in Civils recruitment where he uses his previous experience to hire top rate construction candidates.
Glenn enjoys temporary recruitment due to the fast nature of the work involved. He gets great satisfaction in placing candidates and seeing them flourish with our reputable clients.
