My client, a well-established organisation, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to temporarily support a major operational project based in Dublin 22.

Position Overview:

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of warehouse operations, ensuring stock is accurately managed, goods are received and dispatched efficiently, and operational deadlines are met. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers while supporting logistics activities across multiple locations.

This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive individual who is comfortable working both strategically and operationally. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting event logistics, and ensuring the smooth movement of equipment and materials between sites.

This is a temporary contract position running until approximately 10th July 2026. The role offers a salary of €19.23 ph and is based in Dublin 22.

The standard working schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm. Mandatory overtime will be required on 19th, 20th and 21st June, with additional flexibility required throughout the contract period. Travel to various warehouse and operational sites will also form part of the role.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, or similar position
• Strong warehouse and inventory management experience
• Experience coordinating stock movements, deliveries, and logistics operations
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Good IT and inventory management system skills
• Full clean driving licence preferred
• Flexibility to travel between operational sites as required

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations
• Manage stock control and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries

• Ensure equipment and materials are available when required
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and reporting

• Travel between warehouse and operational sites as required
