My client, a prominent construction company known for its dedication to quality and excellence, specializing in both fit-out and new-build residential projects; is currently seeking an experience Site Manager in Tullamore/Portlaoise as part of their ongoing growth and dedication to excellence.

Position Overview:

As Site Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing residential fit-out and new-build contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This position is a Monday to Friday role, and is due to start in approximately 6 weeks

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Trade qualification in Carpentry/Joinery or significant experience in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in managing residential construction projects
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
