My client, a leading name in bespoke joinery who is dedicated to transforming visions into finely crafted realities, is currently seeking a skilled Site Fitter.

Position Overview:

As a Site Fitter, you will play a crucial role in the precise installation of our custom joinery products on-site. You will ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship, collaborating with the project team to meet deadlines and specifications. Your expertise in joinery techniques, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will contribute significantly to the successful completion of our projects, maintaining our reputation for quality and excellence.

This role requires flexibility, including the potential for weekend work, and offers a competitive hourly wage of €18 to €23 per hour. You will also have use of a company van for going to sites from the Head Office.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Fitter or similar role in architectural joinery.
• Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends if required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Install custom joinery products on-site, ensuring precision and quality.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards at all times.
• Ensure finished joinery is photographed and video recorded and this is to be issued to Fitting Manager and/or Site manager and also put into relevant project group on WhatsApp.
