JOB DESCRIPTION
My client, a global leader in the healthcare industry, is currently seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join their team in Co. Westmeath.
Position Overview:
As the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) you will play a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of services to meet client expectations and organizational objectives. Acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and operational teams, the SDM ensures that services are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
This position demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can drive performance, resolve challenges, and foster continuous improvement. With a focus on operational excellence, the SDM leads a team of professionals, aligning resources and processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
With a strong focus on operational excellence, this position plays a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing overall service efficiency. While offering a competitive salary of up to €70,000 per year and a structured Monday to Friday work schedule (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM).
This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years experience in service delivery or operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to implement process improvements.
• Results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving KPIs and SLAs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily service delivery operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet performance goals and service standards.
• Lead and support a team, driving engagement and operational excellence.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify and implement improvements.
• Address service-related challenges and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate across teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
