Total Solutions is seeking a Waitress/Barista on behalf of a busy café located in Kilkenny City. The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience in a similar role and be available to work from 8am to 2pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and accurately record food and drink orders.
• Answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations when needed.
• Check in with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their orders.
• Liaise with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders.
• Handle payments as required.
• Communicate effectively and politely with customers.
• Professionally address any customer queries or concerns that may arise.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role.
• Availability to work the required hours (8am-2pm, Tuesday to Saturday).
• A very good level of spoken English.
• A neat and professional appearance.
• Barista training is desirable but not essential.
