Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with a specific focus on joinery and cabinetry costings. Whether you're seeking a full-time role or prefer to work on a contract basis as a consultant, this is an opportunity to apply your expertise in a way that suits your lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
• Costing & Estimations: Accurately analyse and cost projects from architect design documents, ensuring all aspects of joinery and cabinetry are accounted for.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordination: Liaise with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure their vision is realised.
Requirements:
• Experience: Strong background in joinery and cabinetry, with a proven track record in both residential and commercial projects.
• Technical
Skills:
Proficient in interpreting architectural designs and translating them into accurate costings.
• Project Management: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors.
