My client, a leading provider of plumbing and heating solutions, this company specializes in delivering top-quality services to residential and commercial clients, is currently seeking a Plumbing Supervisor to join their growing Dublin team

Position Overview:

As the Plumbing Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing on-site operations for residential and commercial plumbing projects. This position involves ensuring all plumbing installations, retrofitting, and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified plumber with hands-on experience in residential and new build projects, combined with strong leadership and organizational skills. They will manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Fully Qualified Plumber.
• Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor or Working Foreman, particularly in residential and new build projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, plumbing standards, and health and safety protocols.
• Strong ability to lead, manage, and motivate site teams effectively.
• Adept at identifying challenges and implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Ability to manage schedules, documentation, and resources efficiently.
• Clear and effective communication with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Full, clean license required for site travel.
• Up-to-date Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications.
• Willingness to travel to sites within the Greater Dublin Area.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of on-site trades and subcontractors.
• Implement and maintain rigorous health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges and align project goals.
• Maintain clear site documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
• Utilize plumbing expertise to ensure installations meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Assist with hands-on tasks when required to maintain project momentum.
