JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a well-established and respected construction firm based in Dublin, specialising in high-quality residential projects. They are now seeking a skilled Plumbing Site Supervisor/Working Foreman to lead and oversee plumbing activities across multiple sites.

Position Overview:


As a Plumbing Site Supervisor/Working Foreman, you will take charge of all plumbing operations on residential construction sites. This hands-on leadership role involves managing teams, ensuring work meets high standards, and overseeing projects from start to finish. You will be instrumental in delivering top-quality plumbing installations for both new builds and retrofit projects.

Responsibilities:


• Lead and supervise a team of plumbers across multiple residential sites.
• Oversee plumbing works for new builds, refurbishments, and retrofits.
• Manage daily site activities, including materials, scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Ensure all work meets safety regulations, building codes, and company quality standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Provide hands-on support to your team when required.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Requirements:


• Extensive experience in plumbing within the residential construction sector.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Strong project management capabilities, including scheduling and material coordination.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Hands-on expertise in plumbing installations and retrofits.
• A detail-oriented approach to ensure all work is up to code and meets the highest standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
