My client, a leading provider of facilities management and technical services, is actively seeking a Plumbing General Operative to join their Dublin-based team on a temporary basis

Position Overview:

As the Plumbing General Operative, you will support plumbing teams with installation, maintenance, and general plumbing duties across a variety of sites. This is an ongoing relief role, where you’ll move between sites depending on client requirements, gaining valuable hands-on experience across different environments.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (core hours). This role is ideally suited to a 3rd or 4th Year Plumbing Apprentice looking to build experience in a structured and professional setting.

Requirements:

• 3rd or 4th Year Plumbing Apprentice (essential)
• Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling Certificates (essential)
• Previous site or facilities-based experience desirable
• Ability to travel between sites as required
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

Responsibilities:

• Assisting plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair works
• Carrying out general plumbing labouring duties on site
• Supporting planned and reactive maintenance tasks
• Ensuring work is completed in line with health & safety standards
• Moving between client sites as required
• Maintaining tools, materials, and a clean working environment
