We are looking for a qualified 1st Fix Plumber to join our team for multiple private housing projects across Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience in 1st fix plumbing, including the installation of pipework, heating systems, and other essential plumbing components in residential properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work is completed to the highest standard, in line with local regulations and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Install and fit the first stage of plumbing systems in private homes, including water supply pipes, drainage systems, and heating installations.
• Install and position radiators, pipes, and other plumbing components according to project requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and building codes.
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and the site manager to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on-site.
• Report any issues or discrepancies in the plumbing installations to the site manager.

Requirements:

• Qualified Plumber with a recognized plumbing qualification.
• Proven experience in 1st Fix Plumbing on residential projects.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and codes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience working on private housing projects is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work across multiple sites in Dublin.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Own tools and transportation are a plus.
• Valid plumbing certification/license required.
