Position Overview:

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with project teams, handling tasks such as setting out, managing RCWorks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, site teams, and other stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Work autonomously on construction sites, managing day-to-day operations.
• Set out and execute RCWorks with precision using Total Stations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including contractors, site teams, and project management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong hands-on expertise in RCWorks, Setting Out, and working with Total Stations.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage site operations efficiently and effectively.
