Position Overview:

As a CRM Executive, you will lead the customer relationship strategy, executing marketing campaigns, optimizing audience segmentation, and unlocking insights to enhance engagement. Your work will help strengthen customer loyalty and create personalised experiences.

Requirements:

• Business-related qualification or relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience with email marketing tools (DotDigital, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, Salesforce, or others).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Expertise in campaign performance analysis and audience segmentation.
• Passion for crafting personalised, automated marketing experiences.
• Bonus: Experience in the sports or entertainment industry.
