JOB DESCRIPTION
On behalf of our client, a well-established Civil Engineering & Groundworks company based in Waterford, we are seeking talented and driven Civil Engineers to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals at all levels, whether you have just started your career with a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience or are a seasoned engineer looking for a new challenge.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee civil engineering and groundworks projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Assist with the preparation of designs, drawings, and project documentation in line with client requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, architects, and surveyors.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions on-site.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in civil engineering or construction.
• Previous experience in groundworks, site development, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in civil engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
