My client, a well-established beauty salon in North Dublin, seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join their team.

Position Overview:

As the Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of beauty services, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and other salon treatments, while maintaining high professional standards. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for our clients, offering expert advice and ensuring exceptional service.

This role offers a competitive salary of €32,500 to €34,500 per year, depending on experience, and provides a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday. The position includes excellent opportunities for professional development in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Responsibilities:

Perform a range of beauty treatments, including but not limited to:
• Facials using Image skincare, Image peels, and Genosys Microneedling
• LED light therapy
• Shellac nails
• Manicure & pedicure
• Waxing & advanced waxing
• Massage
• Eye treatments, including tinting
• Spray tans
• Lashes
• Retailing beauty products (with commission incentives)
• Offer expert advice on beauty treatments and skincare products.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised work environment.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and customer engagement.
• Work with Phorest Salon Software to manage appointments, build a full column of bookings, and maintain client records.
• Use Instagram and Facebook to promote services, special offers, and salon updates (IT & social media skills are a distinct advantage).

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Beauty Therapist with verifiable certification
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a busy salon environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to retain clients.
• IT skills, including managing social media business accounts, are a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
