Our client, a leading provider of roadside assistance and vehicle repair services across Ireland, is renowned for their exceptional customer service and reliability. Position Overview: As a Patrol Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance services directly at customer locations throughout Ireland. The base salary for this position is €43,800, with on-target earnings ranging from €50,000-60,000, including shift allowances, overtime, and performance bonuses. This role provides a varied and engaging work experience with a 40-hour working week and the potential for substantial earnings through overtime.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Responsibilities: - Perform on-site repairs and maintenance for a range of vehicles in Dublin or Cork. - Provide high-quality roadside assistance and support to customers. - Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently. - Maintain and manage your service vehicle and tools. - Keep detailed records of services provided and parts used. - Follow safety protocols and company standards. - Ensure excellent customer service and represent the company positively. - Manage scheduled shifts and seasonal overtime as needed. Requirements: - Patrol Mechanic qualifications and BE driving licence. - Proficiency in English. - At least 2 years' experience in a similar role. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Physical stamina and flexibility for various shifts and overtime. - Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. - Willing to relocate to Ireland and commit for at least 2 years. - Ability to find accommodation after the initial 6-8 weeks, with relocation support provided.
